CONSCIOUS CREATIVITY
Generative creativity, i.e., the flow state, is something all artists crave. Tapping into that state and riding that wave as long as possible is something we spend our lives searching for. In these magical moments, everything is more accessible, and it hardly feels like we are working.
Being able to tap into flow is a part of Conscious Creativity, but it's also something more profound. We can tap into many levels, and I teach how to access these different energy states. Every level holds a different flow, and identifying which type of energy we are searching out, which colors, design, and guidance are necessary for the present moment's work- takes sensing genius. Those that are highly sensitive are set up to be able to differentiate between these levels more efficiently.
Consciousness runs in streams. We can follow these different trails depending on where, what, and how we want to work. One path might be broad or narrow, while another stream may overwhelm us like a flood or trickle in. We unconsciously sense the day's subtleties, which I want to bring to the surface.
Radio stations have different frequencies, and energy is coded for different info depending on how it vibrates.
Tapping into different frequencies allows us to tap into the flow of a particular album or song. Certain tones are better suited for specific projects. Some days, the radio station playing the loudest will match one project better than another. If I have multiple projects, I will align them into the order that fits the day's vibe best. Instead of working on one thing every day -dogging it out I will cherry-pick the most ideal one and similar songs to that vibe and dig into those instead.
It's a different way of looking at the world—matching vibrations vs deadlines.
This non-linear approach allows us to hope on any ride, without the wait. To be most effective and get the most bang for your buck, following the day's energetic flow will save you headaches and failed attempts. You can try and swim upriver, but it's much easier to float with the tide than swim against it.
Genius Loves Company
At particular moments, novel ideas emanate from the collective bed of Universal Intelligence. Being able to drop into these Conscious Creative ideas bubbling up gives you an edge. To uncover the newly knowable when no one else recognizes that it is present_ is Genius.
